Can I return my order?If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, we will accept returns up to 30 days from purchase for a refund. Proof of purchase or packing slip invoice is required. Please note, personalized and customized orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned. Please visit the Shipping and Returns page for more information.

How can I check the status of my order?If your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will have the tracking number for your package. You can use the tracking number via FedEx.

How can I cancel my order?Mass is unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. However, we do offer refunds on returns within 30 days. Once you receive your order, you can return your order for a refund.

How can I exchange an item from my order?We do not process exchanges online. Return the item you have within 30 days of purchase and place a new order for the item you want.

Is there a warranty on my watch?Your watch is warranted for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase under the terms and conditions of the warranty. This warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects, the watch movement, hands and dial only. A printed copy of the receipt is required for warranty repairs.
